Daniel Francavilla

This training is facilitated by Daniel Francavilla. He’s an educator, brand strategist, and founder of The Good Growth Company. With over a decade of experience helping purpose-driven organizations and public sector teams improve their communication and visibility, Daniel brings a practical, real-world approach to online marketing, personal branding and community engagement.
He has trained various organizations, helping staff across departments build stronger professional profiles, develop thought leadership, and better support local businesses through social media.
Daniel has supported municipal teams, small business programs and BIAs with strategy, training, and content. His workshops blend storytelling, marketing best practices, and platform insights to empower staff to show up more confidently and effectively online.
He also teaches within OCAD University’s Advertising program, and has taught Advertising, Social Media and Marketing courses at Seneca Polytechnic, George Brown College, and through Humber’s Continuous Professional Learning. Previously, Daniel founded a marketing agency for 11 years, which he exited from in 2024.
